This Privacy Policy explains what information Novablink (operated by ZESSA-Click) collects, how it’s used, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information We Collect
For candidates: name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, country, date of birth (used solely to confirm you meet our minimum age requirement of 18), current or most recent job title, industry, the responsibilities, skills, tools, and software you select, education level, any certifications you hold, experience level, salary expectations, preferred work locations, and availability to start.
For job posters: your name and designation, your own work email, company name, job title, industry, job location, the responsibilities, skills, tools, and software required, education and certification requirements, experience level required, urgency, and salary budget.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To calculate your match score against candidates or jobs on the platform.
- To confirm candidates meet our minimum age requirement (date of birth is used for this purpose only, and is not shown to job posters).
- To notify you by email when a match occurs, or to confirm your registration/posting.
- To let you log in via a secure, one-time link sent to your email, without needing a password.
- To improve the platform’s matching accuracy and the responsibility/skills libraries over time.
3. Who Sees Your Information
Your profile information is only shared with the specific candidates or job posters you are matched with, as part of the match results shown on their dashboard. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Novablink’s servers. Login is passwordless, access is granted through a time-limited, single-use link sent to your registered email, followed by a secure session. We recommend keeping your email account secure, as it is the primary way to access your Novablink account.
5. Your Rights
- You can view, edit, or update your profile at any time from your dashboard.
- You can cancel your registration (candidates) or withdraw a posting (job posters) at any time from your dashboard.
- You can request a copy of your data, or request its deletion, by emailing connect@novablink.tech.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your registration or withdraw your posting, your data is no longer used for matching, though some records may be retained as required for legal or accounting purposes.
7. Cookies
Novablink uses a minimal session cookie solely to keep you logged in after clicking your magic login link. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children’s Privacy
Novablink is for individuals aged 18 and older only. Candidate registration requires a date of birth, and registration is not completed if this shows an age under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. International Users
Novablink is operated from Pakistan. If you access the platform from outside Pakistan, your information will be processed in Pakistan in accordance with this Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date above.
