These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Novablink (novablink.tech), operated by ZESSA-Click (“Novablink”, “we”, “us”). By registering as a candidate, posting a job, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Novablink Is
Novablink is a matching platform that connects candidates and job posters based on a structured, 20-point compatibility score. Novablink is not a recruitment agency, does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any job poster will find a suitable candidate, and is not a party to any employment relationship, offer, or contract that may result from a match.
2. Registration and Accounts
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older to register. Registration includes a date-of-birth check, and accounts that do not meet this requirement will not be created.
- Candidates register for free. There is no charge to create or maintain a candidate profile.
- Job posters pay a fee per job posting, as shown at the time of posting. Fees are due before a posting is activated and matched against candidates.
- You must provide accurate, truthful information. Selecting responsibilities, skills, experience, education, or requirements that do not genuinely apply to you or your role, including your date of birth, is a violation of these Terms.
- Accounts are accessed via a one-time login link sent to your registered email, you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.
3. Accurate Information and Reporting
Providing false or misleading information, including selecting responsibilities or requirements that do not genuinely apply, or misrepresenting your date of birth, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Job posters may report a candidate’s information as inaccurate directly from their dashboard; Novablink reviews such reports and reserves the right to pause or remove any account as a result.
4. Fees, Payment, and Posting Duration
Job posting fees are shown transparently before payment and are due prior to a posting going live. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or any other method made available at the time of posting; instructions are shown on the payment summary screen. Fees are non-refundable once a posting has been activated and matching has run, except where required by law.
Each paid job posting stays active and matching against candidates for 30 days from activation, after which it automatically closes. A job poster may reopen a closed posting at any time from their dashboard for a further 30 days, at no additional charge.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Novablink to:
- Post job listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal under applicable law.
- Request payment, sensitive personal documents, or financial information from candidates as part of the hiring process through the platform.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the platform.
- Harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent yourself to any other user.
6. Intellectual Property
The Novablink name, matching methodology, Occupation Library, Responsibility Library, and all related content are the property of ZESSA-Click. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the platform’s matching logic or underlying libraries.
7. Limitation of Liability
Novablink provides a matching tool and does not verify the accuracy of information submitted by candidates or job posters beyond what is described in these Terms. Novablink is not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or any dispute arising between a candidate and a job poster following a match. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Novablink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including for providing false information, as determined through our reporting and review process.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
